As an osteopath with a strong sporting background and a long-standing love of the gym, Jasmine has a particular focus on rehabilitation and functional movement. She supports a wide range of patients, from those dealing with everyday discomfort to individuals recovering from injury or living with long-term conditions, helping them feel more confident and capable in their bodies. Jasmine graduated from the HSU (formerly University College of Osteopathy) and holds a Level 4 qualification in Sports Massage. Known for her calm and compassionate manner, she takes the time to understand each patient’s lifestyle, goals, and challenges. Her approach blends hands-on treatment with tailored exercise programmes, making movement feel accessible and sustainable. Each plan is carefully adapted to fit seamlessly into daily life, supporting long-term progress and resilience.
