Sam is a qualified Osteopath who also offers Sports Massage and tailored Sports Rehabilitation advice. She has worked with the independent therapists at London Osteo for over 5 years and enjoys learning from and drawing from their wealth of experience across multiple disciplines, using this to then enhance her own treatment approach, bringing greater depth to her treatment and management plans for her patients.
Sam’s ethos is “Prevention, Performance, Recovery and Rehabilitation”.
Coming from a background as a professional athlete herself (she was a national Lacrosse player, playing for England), Sam’s interest and passion lies with treating sports related injuries. She treats athletes from all sports backgrounds and levels, from amateurs to professionals (to those who just dabble in occasional sport), and she currently treats the Luxembourg Men’s national LAcrosse team as well as various club teams across London. That said, she finds it equally rewarding treating clients with work or lifestyle related tension, aches and pains.
