Kieran boasts over 20 years of experience working with professionals and amateur to elite athletes. His approach is based on a broad appreciation of how the body is fundamentally linked by our physical structure, mindset and understanding of our body and how this interacts with the larger world.

Being well is not just about being physically fit, but having the capacity to absorb the physical, mental and emotional aspect of life. Modern lifestyles can become a barrier to being healthy, we do appreciate that this cannot be avoided at times. Our job is to help you find the right balance.

Qualifications: Master’s of Osteopathy and a BSc H in Sports Rehabilitation and Injury Prevention. This combined approach covers both the osteopathic and physiotherapy approach to injury and rehabilitation. The sum being larger than its parts.

Kieran specialises in Sports Injuries and is an expert in Injury Rehabilitation. This doesn’t restrict him to treating only sports injuries. He manages a wide range fo cases in clinic. Cyclists, Runners, Swimmers, Roller Derby, Climbers, Racket Sports, Martial Artists and many more…
