    I've been to see Nigel a couple of times regarding a knee niggle I picked up running. He is professional, supportive and overall just does what he can to help with rehabilitation. Not quite back running yet, but Nigel has been fantastic in assisting with recovery and I'm looking forward to running pain-free and with a greater understanding of how to avoid such overuse injuries in the not-to-distant future.

    This is pain free and happy that i'm writing this review! Nigel is a star, I've found his holistic approach of a problem inspiring and very beneficial. He took the time to investigate (really) and to listen. He helped me through slow movements, massages and accupuncture. I've seen Nigel mainly for ankle/leg issues and a migrane and everytime he found a way to reduce/remove the pain and gives exercices to complement his work at home. Nigel is also, it's worth mentionning, an amazing human being, knowledgeable he will make you feel very at ease and will explain everything he is doing and more if you ask for it!

    Nigel is a fantastic osteopath. Extremely knowledgable, driven by a genuine love of his calling - if you enjoy seeing other people getting into the material that they geek out on, ask him anything about anatomy. If he doesn't know, he'll come back to you next season having discovered a hundred facts about the obscure muscle in question. Empathic and encouraging, he's a great person to have on your side when you have a problem.

    I've really benefitted from the treatment received by, both, Kieran and Nigel. Sports massage, acupuncture and injury treatment - all so beneficial! The follow-ups are really effective, drawing on my history, and I've progressed as an athlete from their professional care. I've had so much improvement on my knee injury suffered last year and I've become a happier climber as a result. The exercises prescribed have always been spot-on and works like magic. They're really friendly too! I highly recommend them.

    I had ongoing issues with finger pain stemming from climbing too hard and Kieran had been highly recommended from many people. Starting with the initial consultation, he was able to pinpoint the source of my pain and with a mutually agreed rehabilitation plan, encouraged and supported me in achieving outstanding results. This was all carried out in a safe and professional manner at Vauxwall East clinic. Although I'm sure i could have found an excellent osteopath much nearer to where I live, I am convinced they would not be as knowledgeable as Kieran for my specific ailments and as such would not hesitate to recommend him for any climbing related injuries.

    Kieran is a great attentive practitioner who has helped a great deal with a long standing neck issue and more recently knee pain. He spends a lot of time going over all issues you have in trying to understand and then prescribe suitable course of action along with links to videos that help demonstrate exercise techniques as part of a rehabilitation plan. I have found a lot of relief following a first time visit to see an Osteopath, and hopefully, no discredit to Kieran, don't have to visit again too soon! Really highly recommended along with extremely reasonable fee pricing structure and appointment availability.

    From gymnastics to touch rugby and now rock climbing; I have had a fair few injuries all rehabilitated with the help of various physiotherapists. I am so glad that I chose to see Kieran regarding this particular injury! Kieran immediately reassured me through his knowledge of sports injuries and ability to understand the mindset of an enthusiast. Being a visual learner, I found the 3D anatomical model on the computer helpful in understanding my injury and was impressed with the prompt follow up email containing videos demonstrating my exercises. The follow up video consultation was fantastic and efficient. I feel this is a great tool, particularly as I live far from the clinic. Now I am back climbing with no pain! Long may this continue... however, I would not hesitate to contact Kieran in future if I was to need further treatment. Thank you Just One Body!
