All of the Yoga teachers working through London-Osteo are registered Osteopaths with over 20 years of teaching and self-practice experience, offering private, small group and corporate in-house or Zoom classes. Drawing on their Osteopathy training and in-depth knowledge and understanding of the body, classes offer an emphasis on correct alignment whilst building a strong foundation of the Asanas (postures). Classes can be tailored to help with specific injury rehabilitation and prevention and day to day stress and tension relief - or to more keenly focus improvement in specific areas or to deepen an individuals personal practice.
Yoga practice can help to build strength, flexibility, muscle tone, balance and coordination – but also bring a clarity and stillness of the mind - something that is much needed in busy city lives. Classes can be strong and energising or more restorative in nature. It is great for injury rehabilitation and prevention, helping to ‘unlock’ areas of stiffness and tightness and can help with athletic improvement in sports such as golf, tennis, skiing, running and, well, every other sport imaginable. Doing Yoga in conjunction with Pilates or as part of a Sports Injury rehab programme can help to enhance these benefits

I had ongoing issues with finger pain stemming from climbing too hard and Kieran had been highly recommended from many people. Starting with the initial consultation, he was able to pinpoint the source of my pain and with a mutually agreed rehabilitation plan, encouraged and supported me in achieving outstanding results. This was all carried out in a safe and professional manner at Vauxwall East clinic. Although I'm sure i could have found an excellent osteopath much nearer to where I live, I am convinced they would not be as knowledgeable as Kieran for my specific ailments and as such would not hesitate to recommend him for any climbing related injuries.Oliver Blatch

Kieran is a great attentive practitioner who has helped a great deal with a long standing neck issue and more recently knee pain. He spends a lot of time going over all issues you have in trying to understand and then prescribe suitable course of action along with links to videos that help demonstrate exercise techniques as part of a rehabilitation plan. I have found a lot of relief following a first time visit to see an Osteopath, and hopefully, no discredit to Kieran, don't have to visit again too soon! Really highly recommended.Joseph Fisher

From gymnastics to touch rugby and now rock climbing; I have had a fair few injuries all rehabilitated with the help of various physiotherapists. I am so glad that I chose to see Kieran regarding this particular injury! Kieran immediately reassured me through his knowledge of sports injuries and ability to understand the mindset of an enthusiast. Being a visual learner, I found the 3D anatomical model on the computer helpful in understanding my injury and was impressed with the prompt follow up email containing videos demonstrating my exercises. The follow up video consultation was fantastic and efficient. I feel this is a great tool, particularly as I live far from the clinic. Now I am back climbing with no pain! Long may this continue... however, I would not hesitate to contact Kieran in future if I was to need further treatment.Rebecca Malynn

If it was possible I would give 10 stars to Eglantine. She literally put me back on my feet after a very painful end of pregnancy - and now I can even do dance classes again! She can read my body's pains and needs like no-one. Dont know what I would do without these sessions!Carla Di Falco
